The simplest action is to call or email us to discuss your project. Alternately (before contacting us) write an outline for your project. It can be in paragraph form or "bullet point". Just get your ideas for the video written down. A checklist is available for download to help with the pre-production planning. When you're done, send it to us in an email and ask for a quote. We'll probably have a few questions such as what is your timeline, is the project for TV, DVD, internet or all three. Quotes are generally good for 30 days and are usually updated as we find out more details. Quotes are comprised of two distinct parts. The first is the location production. The second is the post | production which includes editing. For location shooting we'll come out to your place of business or venue and shoot. A basic production kit includes camera, tripod, microphones and lights. Additional services are also available. After the shoot is completed we take the camera tapes and load them into our server to begin the edit. We'll send email updates with links of your video rough cuts. During the revision process the time code numbers allow you to identify scenes accurately. As the post production moves along we'll be exchanging emails and/or talking on the phone. Once we get final approval we'll ship or upload your master video. |
